    The Denison P30 is a high-pressure, variable-displacement axial piston pump widely used in demanding industrial hydraulic systems. It employs a swashplate design, where the piston stroke (and thus output flow) is adjusted by varying the swashplate angle via a built-in pressure-compensator or other control options. Its key strengths lie in exceptional volumetric efficiency and reliable operation at continuous pressures up to 350 bar (over 5000 psi), with certain models capable of peak pressures up to 420 bar. Designed for durability, it features robust construction, premium bearing systems, and effective contamination control. Common controls are pressure compensation (maintaining set pressure by destroke) and load sensing. Primary applications include plastic injection molding machines, metal forming presses, and heavy industrial machinery where precise, high-power fluid delivery is critical.
